International Center of Photography Names New Executive Director

The International Center of Photography in midtown Manhattan announced on Thursday that it had appointed a new executive director, Mark Robbins, Dean of the School of Architecture at Syracuse University.

He will start at the center, which is both a museum and a school, on July 1, replacing Willis E. Hartshorn, who decided to step down last summer and plans to take on a new role at the center as senior deputy director focusing on special projects.
